Roebling Townhouse

The Roebling Residence combines two bi-level villas with a common roof deck that insulates in summer and winter and can be used for recreation. The interweaving of daylight is an important design feature. The façade elements allow varying transparencies and textures to linger from the outside. The dynamic layout of the façades are planned to resolve the notable deep and long interiors. The materials applied emphasize the division of a solid private space and a more permeable public space.
